The START Center for Cancer Care in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its hematology and oncology team. You will work closely with physicians to evaluate patients and plan treatment in both clinic and hospital settings.

This role emphasizes hands-on patient care, collaborative decision-making, and ongoing oncology expertise development. Prior hematology/oncology experience is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experienced APPs preferred; New Grads encouraged to apply.
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred.
• Fluency in spoken Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and participate in treatment planning in clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive cancer care and make day-to-day decisions.
• Respond to complex clinical situations and support ongoing oncology care.
• Be an active hands-on partner in patient evaluation and care delivery.
