Mercy Medical Center in Overlea, MD is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for our Mercy Personal Physicians group. This independent clinician will deliver comprehensive primary care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, providing patient education and wellness interventions to patients across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be the graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program - Minimum 1 years experience required.
• Weekend rotation preferred.
• License requirements: Current State License
• Must be CPR certified
• EPIC experience preferred however not required.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
