Job summary

American Family Care is expanding our urgent care network and seeking qualified clinicians for full-time roles at AFC Portland/Vancouver locations (Oregon City, Beaverton, etc.).

We offer a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, malpractice coverage, and generous performance-based bonuses. Licensure in Oregon and/or Washington, Board Certification, BLS, and 4+ years of clinical experience are preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: Active Medical License in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Certification: Board Certified.
• Life Support: BLS Certified (ACLS preferred).
• Willingness to Learn: Open to obtaining USCIS (Physician) and DOT certifications (we'll cover the cost!).
• Experience: 4+ years of clinical experience is preferred, but we encourage motivated providers to apply!

Schedules

• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 6pm
• Full Time, averaging 36-40 hours per week
• Clinic Managers will collaborate with providers to develop individualized schedules that support both provider well-being and operational efficiency
