Job summary

Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida (CVI) in Ocala, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiology team. The role can be full-time with clinic and hospital care or PRN inpatient coverage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions

• Order and interpret cardiovascular testing
• Collaborate with cardiologists on treatment plans
• Educate patients and maintain timely clinical documentation

The Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida (CVI) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in Ocala. Opportunities include a full-time position combining clinic and hospital care or PRN inpatient coverage.

Cardiology experience is preferred but not required for the full-time role. New graduates with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine are encouraged to apply.

Available Schedules

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities and approximately one weekend per month

• PRN: Inpatient cardiology coverage for occasional weekends
