Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidenced-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other clinicians.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
• Support a safe, efficient care environment through routine examinations and timely patient management.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
