Job summary

Cardiology Center of Houston in Katy, TX is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our high-volume outpatient cardiology clinic. The APP will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and geriatric patients under supervision of board-certified cardiologists.

Candidates must have cardiology experience as a NP, hold NP board certification (FNP, ACNP, or AGACNP), and an active Texas license or be willing to apply.

Qualifications

• Cardiology experience is required as a Nurse Practitioner.
• NP board certification (FNP, ACNP, or AGACNP) required or eligible.
• Active Texas license or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate medical care to adults and geriatrics in outpatient cardiology.
• Work independently and collaborate with interventionalists to assess, manage, and treat complex cardiovascular conditions.
• Adhere to Texas Board of Nursing, Texas Medical Board policies and clinic procedures.

Nurse Practitioner- Outpatient Cardiology Clinic with Cardiology Center of Houston in Katy, TXCardiology Center of Houston is in search of a full-time APP to join our team. CCOH is a high volume, premier cardiology practice led by a skilled team of board-certified cardiologists and nurse practitioners. The practice has served Katy and surrounding communities for over 30 years. Our physicians and APPs care for adult and geriatric patients in a comfortable, friendly setting.The practice offers electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress tests, ablations, ultrasounds, cardiac nuclear medicine, Holter and event monitors, and more. Our heart specialists provide in-hospital procedures as well at local medical centers.The full time Nurse Practitioner will work under the general supervision of the primary supervising physician, and all physician partners to deliver competent medical care to an age specific population including adults and geriatric patients. NP will work independently and collaborate with the Cardiology Center of Houston Interventionalists as well as assess, manage and treat complex cardiovascular conditions in high acuity units.
