We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our outpatient primary care team, assisting physicians with diagnosis, care, and treatment of patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

1. Perform patient assessments, order tests and medications, and develop care plans.
2. Admit patients and perform History & Physical exams.
3. Coordinate transfers to and from other facilities.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on discharge planning and care plans.
5. Navigate the facility and stand/walk for extended periods.
6. Record and report patient information accurately.

Requirements

• RN Degree and Nurse Practitioner (NP) Degree.
• Ability to perform CPR.
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Salary Range

USD $66.55 - USD $93.81 per hour. This range is an estimate; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
