Job summary

Adjuvant Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP) to join our national remote team. This role focuses on prescriptive clinical services in coordination with clinical guidance, supporting oncology-specific behavioral healthcare.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN and ANCC PMHNP certification with a valid DEA, and can deliver patient-centered assessments, treatment plans, and documentation with diligence and empathy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• Valid DEA registration and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications to support psychiatric well-being.
• Prepare and maintain treatment records for accreditation and payers.
• Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition based on available data.
• Collaborate with staff to develop treatment plans.
• Refer patients to ABH IOP, community resources, or specialists as needed.
• Complete administrative documentation for every client (intake notes, progress notes, orders, e-prescribing, etc.)

Adjuvant is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our group practice. 100% of roles are remote.

Role Description:

The Advanced Practice Provider role is an essential role for Adjuvant Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for providing prescriptive clinical services, in coordination with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Adjuvant Behavioral Health, the Prescriber responsibilities include –

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prescribe medication to patients that assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for their psychiatric well-being
• Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports to satisfy both Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health Operations Manual
• Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information
• Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans
• Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources or to specialists as necessaryModify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' statusComplete administrative documentation for every client. This documentation includes but is not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, e-prescribing documentation, etc.

Role Details:

• Pay: $65-70/hour based on years of experience

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution
• ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification
• Hold a valid DEA

Preferred Qualifications:

• NP or APRN with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert)
