The role requires an active Illinois NP/PA license and DEA registration, with 2+ years of experience as an NP/PA. Part-time hours are Thursday and Friday, 7a-5p, with a multidisciplinary team and structured setting.

Qualifications

• DEA registration required
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check
