Job summary

Centurion Health at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our correctional health care team. The NP/PA will work under physician supervision, provide patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage medications in a secure, structured setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an Illinois NP/PA license (or eligibility), have DEA registration, and at least two years of NP/PA experience.

• Active, unrestricted Illinois NP/PA license.
• Ability to pass background check.
• 2+ years of NP/PA experience.

Position rates start at $68.31 higher with experience ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)

The NP/PA works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
