WellSpan Health in York, PA is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Nephrology team for inpatient kidney care. The role supports AKI management, anemia follow-up, e-consults, and in-basket tasks with approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Inpatient nephrology experience is required; acute care, hospital medicine, critical care, or ICU experience is preferred to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.

• PRN schedule requires flexibility with inpatient coverage.

What You’ll Champion:

• Join WellSpan York Hospital's Nephrology team as a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) supporting inpatient kidney care and nephrology services.
• PRN schedule: Approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent patient care coverage.
• Provide dedicated inpatient support for Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) management, anemia follow-up care, e-consults, and in-basket management.
• Nephrology experience required.
• Acute Care, Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or ICU experience preferred.
