Salary negotiation may be available for candidates new to Federal service. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Basic Requirements for Advanced Practice Nurse (Midwife):
Additional Qualification: One or more full years of professional nursing experience performing physical exams, managing labor and childbirth, and prescribing medications (typical of GS‑11). For this job, experience alone is required; education cannot substitute for experience.
