Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Dallas, TX, involves conducting patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for individuals with chronic pain. The Advanced Practice Nurse will also be responsible for managing patient progress, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. The role requires exceptional clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of pain management strategies, evidence-based practices, and medication management
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification and valid licensing in Texas
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
