CVS Health (MinuteClinic) seeks an Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) to support clinics in the N. Houston area. The role offers on-site work in Spring, TX, with flexible full-time or part-time options and a base hourly pay range of 66.50–77.50 USD/hr, plus incentives.

The role emphasizes holistic, evidence-based care, team collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth. Requires NP or PA credentials, licensed in-state, and DOT within 30 days.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• Master’s degree in PA studies or related field for PA track.
• Current NCCPA certification for PAs.
• Multi-state licensure based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care.
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management and screenings.
• Handle clinic operations including inventory, openings/closures, follow-up and billing.
