Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to lead the clinical care team and collaborate with physician sponsors to advance high‑quality patient care. You will serve as a clinical expert, educator, and leader, shaping population‑based care initiatives and nursing practice.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care, partner with interdisciplinary colleagues, and contribute to evidence‑based practice improvements in a mission‑driven health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• RN with 3–5 years clinical practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Practice Expert: provides advanced level of direct and indirect care to individual patients/families and/or groups of patients/families in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Education/Clinical Staff Development: provides leadership and collaborates with other health professionals and educational resources to establish staff education programs to address the specific needs of populations of patients.
• Evidence-Based Consultant & Researcher: demonstrates collaborative leadership with researchers, other health professionals, divisions, and departments to generate knowledge and make practice changes based on research findings, as well as, the results of the organizational and departmental quality improvement processes.
• Clinical Leadership: provides leadership in meeting system, organizational, division, and departmental goals.
• Demonstrates accountability for professional responsibilities and self-development.
