OYESPA, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa located in Inver Grove Heights, MN, seeks extraordinary Estheticians to engage with clients and provide services that exceed expectations. Part-time or full-time roles include ongoing education and substantial employee benefits.

Responsibilities include consultations, personalized skincare plans, advanced treatments (peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning), and laser equipment operation.

Qualifications

• State licensure as an Advanced Practice Esthetician.
• Proficiency in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
• Experience with laser treatments and related technologies (preferred).
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy and conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide personalized skincare consultations and treatment plans.
• Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
