Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Thomasville Medical Center seeks an Advanced Practice Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through expertise and innovation.

You will perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and staff, apply evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with the food service management team

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Education: guide nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply current research with diet manuals and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with the food service management team to improve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of clinical and departmental staff.
