Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. These 12-week contracts may extend.

Schedule is 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a weekend workload of 2x12-hour shifts and 1x8-hour shift. Provide anesthesia services as a CRNA with Level I Trauma experience; support surgeons, anesthesiologists, CAAs, and perioperative staff; care for adult and older adults; use Epic EMR for documentation; maintain BLS/ACLS; ensure licensure and NBCRNA certification;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience with Level I Trauma background
• Active CRNA licensure and NBCRNA board certification
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance per facility policy

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services as a CRNA with Level I Trauma experience
• Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, CAAs, and perioperative staff
• Cover general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, OB, and cardiac cases
• Operate within a medically directed anesthesia practice setting
• Provide care for adult and older adult patients
• Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Maintain active state licensure and NBCRNA board certification
• Complete credentialing within required timeframe
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. These positions are 12-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a CRNA:

• Provide anesthesia services as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Level I Trauma experience required
• Work a weekend-only schedule consisting of 2x12-hour shifts and 1x8-hour shift (shift times may vary)
• Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs), and perioperative staff
• Cover a range of special procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, OB, and cardiac cases
• Operate within a medically directed anesthesia practice setting
• Provide care for adult and older adult patient populations
• Utilize Epic EMR system for all clinical documentation
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Maintain active state licensure and NBCRNA board certification
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation of time, including non-billable activities as applicable
• Maintain a minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (1 year required minimum) with Level I Trauma background
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Complete credentialing process within the required timeframe to meet assignment start date
