Job summary

East Ayrshire Council is seeking a full-time permanent Plumbing Repairs Assistant based at Burnside Street, Kilmarnock. The role contributes to the effective delivery of plumbing repairs within Housing Asset Services and attends repair appointments to support the Council’s Community Plan, Shared Commitments and Best Value.

Hours are 37 per week: Monday to Thursday 8.00 am–4.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am–3.30 pm. Salary is £37,691–£40,885 per annum.

Contribute to the effective delivery of plumbing repairs within Housing Asset Services. Attend plumbing repair appointments in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

Responsibilities

The Individual

These are full time permanent post and the admin base is Burnside Street, Kilmarnock.

Hours of work is 37 hours per week to be worked;

Monday to Thursday - 8.00 am to 4.00pm and Fri 8.00 am to 3.30pm

The salary is £37,691 - £40,885 per annum.
