The VSSQ Advanced Phase Program Manager will lead convergence of Perceived Quality & Dimensional Synthesis across the program, applying standards related to appearance to meet quality targets. This role drives the budget and planning for all program phases and leads a team of engineers to ensure performance convergence with peers.

The VSSQ Advanced Phase Program Manager is responsible for leading the convergence of the Perceived Quality & Dimensional Synthesis, based on the application of the technical standards and methodologies related to Appearance such as Gaps & Flush nominal and tolerances in order to reach the quality targets based on our best know-how.
The field of application covers all vehicle (Top Hats) of the program (the 1st launcher and all potential coming reskins and derivated).
This activity starts at the very beginning of the program and is handed over to the another team to cover the detailed execution and launch phase in the plants.
Therefore the position is in charge to converge with the program the budget (Manpower and dedicated means) and the planning to cover all the phases.
This role serves as the leader of a team of engineers and engages with a program dedicated team of peers to ensure the convergence of all the performances of the vehicle.
