Job summary

University Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer (PRN) to join the Medical Imaging team at UH Lakewood. This part-time role (4 hours per week) offers varied days bi-weekly and exposure to advanced OB imaging.

You will perform advanced perinatal ultrasound imaging, provide technical support during specialized studies, and collaborate with Perinatologists and Radiologists to ensure top-tier patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
  • ARDMS or AART registered and in good standing.
  • OB/GYN registry certification.
  • RVT or VT certification.
  • BLS certification (must be maintained).

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced perinatal ultrasound imaging with precision and expertise.
  • Provide technical support during specialized imaging studies.
  • Serve as a resource to colleagues, fostering collaboration between Perinatal Ultrasound and Medical Imaging departments.
  • Work closely with the Lead Perinatal Sonographer to support training and education initiatives.
