Job summary

StoneSprings Hospital Center is seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support nurse-led, patient-centered care. Under RN guidance, you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a welcoming, safe environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include observing patients, assisting with daily activities, phlebotomy and telemetry monitoring, and contributing to a smooth care process through supporting tasks and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and telemetry monitoring as part of advanced patient care
• Ability to assist with ADLs and wound care under RN supervision
• Basic life support required within 30 days of start date

• Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely
• Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and care for wounds
• Assist with supporting tasks like collecting lab samples and assisting with clerical duties to keep care running smoothly
• Look ahead to what patients might need, respond quickly, and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionate

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 1 years experience
