Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technicians to join our team in Concord, NC. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 3 years of automotive PDR experience, including accessing panels, glue-pulling, and repairing smaller dents on steel and aluminum surfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Agile in a fast-paced production environment with varying weather conditions.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, gloves, and protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform Paintless Dent Repair on vehicle panels, including access to tight areas.
• Utilize glue-pulling techniques to remove dents.
• Repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels with state-of-the-art tools.
