Job summary

Carvana is seeking Paintless Dent Repair Technicians with at least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join our growing team in Texas. As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you will access panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair dents on steel and aluminum while utilizing state-of-the-art tools in our Inspection Centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Able to operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; MVR check may apply.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to weather conditions and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair dents.
• Repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
• Be available for mandatory overtime as needed.
