Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, Indiana, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a comprehensive oncology program within a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited program
• National board certification.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive out-patient oncology care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Manage oncologic conditions under physician supervision in collaboration with the care team.
• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, and manage treatment-related side effects.
• Provide supportive care, survivorship care, and patient / family education in collaboration with the Oncology Team.
• Contribute to patient experience initiatives and process enhancements within the Cancer Center.
