• Graduate of approved School of Nursing: Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum five (5) years clinical experience including two (2) years in area relevant to certification.
• Valid certificate to prescribe in accordance with Ohio laws and Nursing Board formulary.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing; observe, assess, guide, and evaluate others.
• Ability to read, calculate and prepare medication; observe and analyze reactions.
• Ability to collect data, interpret findings, set priorities and carry out established plan.
• Demonstrated competence in age-specific patient care.
