HealthPoint Family Care in Covington, KY is looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Northern Kentucky team. The role requires working with patients to provide primary care in a collaborative clinic setting.

The position offers PTO, paid holidays, and a NHSC loan repayment eligibility program, plus a 401(k) with company match and health/dental/vision options. Hours include two Saturdays per month from 9-5 and some evenings until 8:30.

Starting at year 2 with $4,500 with progressive increases.**401k Plan:** $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.**Health/Dental/Vision:**Organization pays a portion of all.
