Albany Medical College seeks a full-time, fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and advance its Complex Benign Gynecology Program. The role focuses on advanced benign gynecologic disease, MIS, multidisciplinary care, and academic development.

The successful candidate will contribute to a growing regional referral practice, engage in education, and participate in quality improvement, outcomes research, and scholarly activity

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school with NY license or eligibility.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and longitudinal management of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
• Perform advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including complex laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care pathways for complex pelvic disease with related specialties.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients in the complex benign gynecology practice.
