Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Courier - Advanced in Clifton, NJ. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with rotational weekends, delivering medical specimens and lab materials across a mobile route.

You will work independently with a strong emphasis on reliability, accuracy, and customer service, connecting clinicians with timely diagnostics while utilizing scanners and route software.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and minimal violations within 36 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation.

Aufgaben

• Pickup, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
• Cover routes on multiple shifts and weekends as needed.
• Assist with special projects and group lead duties as required.
