Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or equivalent.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant with basic clinical skills.

Military medical training (two years) or at least 1 year medical assisting experience
