Job summary

Dexian in Acton, MA is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician for a six-month contract to support the rollout of US manufacturing capabilities. The role focuses on operating and maintaining highly automated equipment essential for production.

You will perform setup, maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting, work with HMIs, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while following GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED or 3 years on-the-job manufacturing experience.
• Must be proficient in English language to read, communicate, and write.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic, algebra and/or geometry.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, repair, and basic daily/weekly preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain machine raw material feeds and clear stoppages on automated equipment.
• Utilize HMIs to identify and correct shifts in process control.
• Ensure adequate raw material is prepared and jobs run on time to ensure on-time delivery.
• Notify Team Leader or Production Supervisor of discrepancies to ensure quality and safety.
