Qualifications

• Relevant capability in CAD, materials characterization, process monitoring, or machine learning.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate manufacturing processes, components, structures, fixtures, tooling, and experimental systems.
• Characterize process behavior, material response, defects, interfaces, and performance using experiments, sensing, or ML methods.
• Prepare peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, presentations, and sponsor deliverables.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, staff, industry partners, and sponsors on multidisciplinary projects.
