The role requires reading blueprints/diagrams, gas torch cutting, and arc welding. You will assist with installations, upgrades, and general facility upkeep while adhering to OSHA and safety standards. 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and strong English communication are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams and follow detailed instructions; proficient with gas torch cutting and arc welding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Assist with installation, rearrangement, and upgrades of facility machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and painting under supervision.
• Create and maintain maintenance histories for equipment and facility.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
