Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a technical lead for product and process applications supporting multiple Defense programs. You will ensure product integrity, manufacturing output, and continuous improvements working with factory operations.

Responsibilities include problem resolution, process utilization, and data analysis, with emphasis on lean initiatives and CAD drawing updates. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3 years of relevant experience are required, with Six Sigma/ SAP/MES

Qualifications

  • 3 years of electrical/manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is valued.
  • SAP and Solumina MES knowledge required.
  • Proficient computer skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead problem resolution for process and product issues.
  • Drive process utilization and lean initiatives.
  • Support risk avoidance and product compliance.
  • Create and review Work Instructions and CAD drawings.
  • Manage projects and data analysis for continuous improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive improvements and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
