Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial engineering.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in design/manufacturing engineering or production environment.
• Strong mechanical design using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
• Technical knowledge of electronics assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external suppliers to integrate manufacturing processes from design to production.
• Support product, process, and production requirements for externally supplied components and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflow and documentation.
• Support search for new suppliers and development of supplier relationships.
• Work with engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve design/spec discrepancies and cost/quality opportunities.
