• Facilitate activities and discussions replacing diverse learning styles with targeted guidance and mentorship.
• Interpret and administer assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Integrate technology effectively to enrich educational experiences.
• Act as ambassadors for TSTC programs and the college.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction; develop syllabi and plans; organize daily classes with creative techniques.
• Fulfill schedule; maintain records; ensure safety and equipment security; provide opportunities for evaluation.
