UIC Municipal Services is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts on construction sites. You will follow safety protocols, inspect equipment, and report maintenance needs while supporting excavation and material handling tasks.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A CDL is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, following OSHA regulations.

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts.
• Follow site supervisor directions and safety protocols while operating equipment.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with construction, excavation, and material handling activities as required.
