Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a board-certified cardiologist with advanced heart failure expertise to cover inpatient blocks in Spokane, WA. The role includes seven consecutive days of inpatient care with night call and collaboration with a multidisciplinary heart failure team.

The physician must hold WA or IMLC license, DEA, and BLS/ACLS certifications and will document in Epic EMR. Temporary privileges will be available through the agency.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in cardiology (BC).
• WA or IMLC license required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Heart failure or CICU nurse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advanced heart failure inpatient care.
• Manage and treat cardiology patients during 7-day inpatient blocks.
• Handle night call phone consults for current inpatients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary heart failure team.
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR.
