Job summary

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Otolaryngology, seeks a fellow in Advanced Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery and Microvascular Reconstruction for a one-year operative program, with consideration for a two-year commitment based on ambitions and research interests.

The fellow will handle major ablative cases, microvascular reconstructions, TOLMS/TORS, skull base approaches, and reconstructive procedures, with a focus on balanced case mix and resident teaching while not

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Advanced Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery with microvascular reconstruction
• California Medical License required

Responsibilities

• Operate on major head and neck oncologic cases and perform microvascular reconstructions
• Participate in thyroid/parathyroid surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques
• Limited mentor oversight with fellow-directed case mix and resident teaching
• Possible involvement at VA or county hospital for specific cases
