Job summary

Skin by Lovely in Portland is seeking a passionate Advanced Esthetician to join our growing team. The role focuses on skin health, medical aesthetics, and personalized treatments that empower patients to feel confident in their skin.

You will conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, Sofwave, dermaplaning, and more within Oregon licensure. This part-time position offers Fridays and Saturdays with opportunities for ongoing

Qualifications

• Active Advanced Esthetician license.
• Experience providing professional esthetic treatments and personalized skincare recommendations.
• Experience working in a luxury, hospitality-focused or patient-centered environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and assess individual patient goals and concerns.
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare recommendations based on each patient’s needs.
• Perform esthetic treatments within applicable Oregon licensure and Skin by Lovely protocols.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through thoughtful follow-up, education and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Injection Specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and cross-referrals, when appropriate.

Education & Experience:

• Active Advanced Esthetician license
• Experience providing professional esthetic treatments and personalized skincare recommendations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and assess individual patient goals and concerns.
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare recommendations based on each patient’s needs.
• Perform esthetic treatments within applicable Oregon licensure and Skin by Lovely protocols.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through thoughtful follow-up, education and continuity of care.
• Perform Sofwave, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, customized Lovely Facials, Dermaplaning, Lymphatic Massage and Red Light Therapy within the scope of applicable licensure.
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through rebooking, personalized follow-up and ongoing treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Injection Specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and cross-referrals, when appropriate.
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and recommend personalized home care regimens to support treatment outcomes.
