Job summary

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler, TX is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible gastroenterologist to join a high-volume GI service line. You will build a robust patient panel and work within a fully integrated health system using Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient care.

The role includes collaboration with a dedicated inpatient GI hospitalist team and a balanced call schedule (nighttime call 1:7). A Texas license and fellowship in advanced endoscopy are required.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Gastroenterology is required.
• Fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy (ERCP and EUS) required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted Texas Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust patient panel in a high-volume GI practice.
• Collaborate with inpatient GI hospitalists and outpatient teams.
• Provide care using Epic EMR in integrated health system.
• Participate in call schedule, including nighttime coverage 1:7.

Education

BC/BE in Gastroenterology

Fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy (ERCP and EUS are needed)

Full, unrestricted Texas Medical License
