Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking an Advanced Emergency Department Clinical Practice Provider in the Atlanta area. This role welcomes seasoned NP or PA professionals with hospital-based Emergency Medicine experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
Current unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license (or ability to obtain).
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Minimum of one year of hospital-based Emergency Medicine NP/PA experience.
Experience working independently in a high-volume Emergency Department.
Experience utilizing Epic EMR or comparable EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
Perform comprehensive assessments and medical decision-making within protocols.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Collaborate with ED physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
Document encounters accurately using Epic EMR and educate patients/families.
