Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking an Echocardiograph Technologist for a full-time position in Portland, Oregon. You will perform comprehensive cardiac ultrasound studies and assist with both routine and complex cardiovascular procedures.

The ideal candidate holds an Oregon Sonographer license and possesses advanced imaging proficiency. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Oregon Sonographer license (upon hire).
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) (upon hire).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Assisting physicians with advanced and invasive procedures like TEE and Stress echocardiography.
• Recognizing cardiac pathology through strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Skills

Advanced cardiac ultrasound imaging proficiency

Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and pathology

Experience assisting with invasive and interventional echo procedures

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to adapt imaging protocols to patient-specific needs

Education

Associate degree or higher in Noninvasive Cardiovascular Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography
