Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an automotive technician to join our team in Minnesota. The role requires an automotive degree/certificate or a minimum of three years of related experience, and ASE certifications.

You will perform repair work per orders, ensure safety standards, and communicate needs promptly to the service advisor. You’ll document all work, participate in training, use Truvideo/Estimate Tool, and uphold Walser’s core values while contributing to a climate-controlled shop

Qualifications

Automotive degree/certificate or minimum of 3 years related professional experience required.
Current ASE Certifications required.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Communicate with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Document all work performed on the repair order.
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by service manager and remain up to date.
Utilization of Truvideo/Estimate Tool.
