Qualifications

• 6000 hours of on-the-job crane operating experience.
• NCCER or NCCCO Mobile Crane operator certification preferred.
• Current driver license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel between projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydro and friction cranes to erect structures or set equipment.
• Follow safety policies and avoid hazards around lines, workers, and loads.
• Control crane attachments and loads using levers and signals.
• Maintain and repair equipment and keep maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with foremen and crew using hand signals and plans.
