Job summary

Composite Resources (Re:Build CR, LLC) in Rock Hill, SC, is hiring a Production Operator for advanced composites. You will read resin systems, hand-finish patterns, and operate hand tools to produce high-quality assemblies.

You will set up assemblies, bond with adhesives, and install fasteners, taking ownership through self-checks and proper documentation. Qualifications include 1–3 years in manufacturing, exposure to carbon fiber or fiberglass, and the ability to read SOPs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to composites (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass) is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and improve SOPs/work instructions.
  • Measurement proficiency with calipers, micrometers, tape measures, indicators.
  • Background with structural assembly, bonding, and fastener applications.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, Silicones, etc.).

  • Operate a range of hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
