Job summary

Hannaford is seeking a dedicated pharmacy colleague at the Morrisville, VT location to greet customers, assist pharmacists, and ensure timely prescription processing. You will help with data entry, labeling, inventory, and compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing as required.
• Maintain current national certification and state license as required.
• Maintain advanced certifications (i.e., immunizer certification) and requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong keyboard skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
• Effective time management skills and sense of urgency.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions with accurate data entry and labeling.
• Ensure customers receive prescriptions timely.
• Maintain pharmacy records per Standard Practice and law.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist in locating over-the-counter items.
• Follow attendance and paid time off policies.
