Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking personnel to conduct advanced CBRN detection operations in support of federal mission partners. The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing equipment, planning logistics, and delivering training on protocols.

Responsibilities include reporting, after-action documentation, and compliance with DHS policies. Expect potential travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, with extended hours and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced training and experience on a MDDP team or equivalent CBRN units.
• Ability to coordinate detection operations with stakeholders and manage equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, plus ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBRN detection operations with stakeholders and manage equipment and logistics.
• Develop plans, conduct training, and produce situational and after-action reports.
• Notify chain of command and support post-deployment communications.
• Travel up to 50%+ annually and work in a high-paced operational environment.
• Maintain file systems and ensure compliance with policies.
