Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist II to support complex diagnostic and interventional procedures across Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular services. The role requires advanced clinical judgment and independent technical proficiency with emergent high‑acuity cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in invasive cardiovascular or interventional radiology procedures.
• Certification through ARRT in Radiography or CCI RCIS CI/VI advanced certification within 2 years of hire.
• Washington state license required for fluoroscopy if applicable.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Operate across Cath Lab, IR, and Vascular suites for complex procedures.
• Support high‑risk and emergent cases (STEMI, cardiogenic shock, mechanical support).
• Demonstrate advanced access techniques (radial, femoral, brachial, pedal).
• Assist with hemodynamic monitoring and waveform interpretation.
