In doing so, we utilize naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) on staff to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs
  2. Running
  3. Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area
  4. Crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods of time
  5. Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
  6. Full range of motion of hands and arms
  7. Sitting on floor and chair for long periods of time
  8. Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
  9. Communicates expressively and receptively both verbally and written

Qualifications: Exceeds all expectations in completing therapist duties as summarized below:

  1. Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for minimum of 1 year
  2. Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions
  3. Implementing all skill acquisition programs & maintenance programs
  4. Accurate data collection
  5. Implementing all behavior protocols & FBA/BIPs as provided
  6. Flexible, creative, & possessing excellent time management skills
  7. Leadership experience & skills demonstrated
  8. Knowledge of basic functions of behavior
  9. Knowledge of data collection procedures
